Day 01 : Padang Air Port - Bukittinggi.
Pick up at the air port. Then set off for a day tour, where we will explore the homeland of the Minangkabau people around Tanah Datar regency. In this area we will see lots of traditional Minangkabau houses, as well as traditional meeting houses. First stop for coffee breaks will be at Kiambang village where we can enjoy young coconut milk and relax. And then we will carry on to the Anai Valley to see a lovely waterfall and to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. After that we will continue our journey to Lake Singkarak, a volcanic lake where we can enjoy swimming and relax. Then we will continue to the village of Balimbing to visit hundreds of years traditional Minangkabau house. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will go to the village of Pagaruyung to visit the king's palace, where we will see amazing architecture of the palace. We will then continue our tour to Pandai Sikat village to witness some traditional weaving and wood carving. After a full day tour, we will go straight to Bukittinggi then check in to the hotel. We will stay over night in Bukittinggi. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at restaurant down town. It is your choice.
Day 02 : Bukittinggi-Harau Valley. ( 2 nights stay)
After breakfast, we will check out and leave for the Harau valley. We will set off for a day tour, where we will explore the Minangkabau homeland of Lima Puluh Kota regency. This regency also is a part of the Minangkabau homeland. Along the tour, we will see lots of traditional Minangkabau house and the beautiful landscape. The first stop will be visiting the village of Piladang, where we will witness the local people producing chips, which is made of tapioca. After that we will visit a natural cave with its stalactites and stalagmites. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to the Harau valley. Along the way to the Harau Valley, we will enjoy lots of beautiful view of the valley and steep granite walls and some waterfalls, 150 meters high fall into a pool. Harau Valley is a nature and wildlife reserve, where tapir, gibbons, the birds and tigers are still roam.
Day 03 : Still in Harau Valley.
After breakfast, we will set off for a one-day hiking and trekking to the top of the hill of Harau valley. Along the trek we will observe some unspoiled jungle of the Harau valley and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the countryside from the top of the hill. Waterfalls can be seen in many spot around the valley. Lunch is provided in the jungle ( lunch box ). In the afternoon we will return to the home stay for our last night stay. Dinner will be taken at the home stay.
Day 04 : Harau Valley Lake Maninjau.
After breakfast, we will check out and leave for Lake Maninjau. Lake Maninjau is a tourism icon of Agam regency in West Sumatra. The lake is surrounded by steep hills, therefore , it looks like a huge crater. Agam regency is also a part of Minangkabau homeland. The first stop of our tour will be visiting Sungai Puar village, which is located on the slope of mount Merapi where we will observe some blacksmith in a traditional way. After that we will continue to Koto Gadang village, where we will see some silver hand crafts. Before we move to another village, we will take a little walk through the rice field to see thousand of bats which are hanging on the trees. We then continue our journey tour to Lawang village, where we will see local people make brown sugar in a traditional way using a buffalo mill. And then we will carry on to Lawang top. It is the highest point of the lake where we will enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the top and the fresh air of the mountain. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will drive down to the lake through the of winding road, where we will enjoy the the beautiful scenery of the lake and the rice terraces. We will arrive in Maninjau in the afternoon then check in to the hotel. Dinner will be taken at the hotel or somewhere at the cafe. It is your choice.
Day 05 : Still in Lake Maninjau.
Day 05 is your day. You can choose to do what you want to do. If you are interested to ride bicycle, motor bike around the lake, or canoeing at the lake, we wiill provide it for you. If you fancy going somewhere in the village, we will be there to give you lift. If you want any advice on the area, we'll be there to give advice. If you want to be left alone, we will give you space.
Day 06 ; Lake Maninjau - Padang Airport.
Tour Ends.After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Padang Airport to catch your flight to your next destination. We will drive through different road through the coastal areas. Along the journey we will enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside and the blue ocean. The journey will take (approximately 3 h). We will arrive in the Airport on time.

Day 05 is your day. You can choose to do what you want to do. If you are interested to ride bicycle, motor bike around the lake, or canoeing at the lake, we wiill provide it for you. If you fancy going somewhere in the village, we will be there to give you lift. If you want any advice on the area, we'll be there to give advice. If you want to be left alone, we will give you space.
Day 06 ; Lake Maninjau - Padang Airport.
Tour Ends.After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Padang Airport to catch your flight to your next destination. We will drive through different road through the coastal areas. After breakfast, we will hold a one-day tour exploring Minangkabau countryside, observing the way of life of the local people, and its culture of Tanah Datar Regent. This area is a part of Minangkabau homeland. First stop will be at the village of Tabek Patah, to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Next stop will be visiting a local cakes factory which produce various of cookies and chips, as well as coffee powder. Here we can enjoy a coffee breaks and taste some cakes. After that we will move to Pagaruyung village to visit the King's Palace. Along this tour we will see many the traditional Minangkabau houses and the Meeting house of the clan. Then we will continue to Lake Singkarak for a swim and relax. The first stop for our tour will be at the village of Batang Palupuh, where we will take a little trek through the rice field and jungle to see the Rafflesia flower. After that, we will continue our tour to Bonjol village, to cross the equator line from the North to the South and visit a Museum of Imam Bonjol. We will travel through winding roads, with lots of beautiful natural scenery and the countryside. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After enjoying full day tour, we'll then return to the hotel. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or somewhere at restaurant outside of the hotel. It is your choice. Tour ends.

After breakfast, we will hold a one-day tour to Lake Maninjau. We will explore the homeland of the Minangkabau people around Agam regency. Maninjau is a volcanic lake, and it is the most beautiful lake in West Sumatra. The lake is surrounded by steep mountain. Therefore, it look like a huge crater. The altitude of the lake is 459 meters above sea level. We begin our tour by visiting a Japanese tunnel which is located near the canyon. This tunnel has 1400 m long and 2 m wide. There are some rooms in the tunnel that function as offices, defense, stall and weapons storage. After visiting the tunnel we will move to the village of Koto Gadang, where we will observe some silver hand crafts. Before we leave this village, we will take a short walk through the rice field to see thousand of bats which are hanging on the trees. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to Lawang village where we will see some local people producing sugar cane in a traditional way using a buffalo energy. We will then continue our tour to Lawang top, where we will enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the top. After enjoying the beautiful view and the fresh air of the lake, we will then continue our journey to the lake. We will pass through the winding 44. On the way to the lake we will enjoy lots of beautiful view of the lake and the rice terraces. At the lake we can enjoy swimming, boating, riding bicycle and relaxation. After a full day tour, we will return to Bukittinggi. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at a restaurant down town. It is your choice.
