01: Maninjau/Bukittinggi – Padang Sidempuan ( duration 9-10 hours )
After breakfast we will leave for Padang Sidempuan, a small city, where we will stay overnight. We will travel through the Trans Sumatra Highway with lots of winding road, and mountains surroundings. We will explore the countryside of West Sumatra and North Sumatra, where we will enjoy lots of beautiful natural scenery along the journey. By joining our tour, we will make it flexible enough to stop anywhere you wish, such as stop for taking pictures, stop for a coffee breaks, stop in some local market, where we will observe the merchants sells their wares, stop in some villages, where we can observe the way of life of the local people and their daily activities. The first stop will be at the village of Bonjol to cross the line of the equator from the south to the north. Then we move to the Nature Reserve of Panti, where we will see some hot springs. After that we will continue our journey to the village of Hutanopan, where we will observe local people who prospecting for gold in the river in a traditional way. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to the village of Purba Baru, where we will visit an Islamic school. Here we will see lots of unique shelter of the students, while we can enjoy the hospitality of the students and the villagers. We will arrive in Padang Sidempuan in the afternoon, then check in to the hotel to stay overnight. Padang Sidempuan is located in the North of Sumatra. There are many types of hotel, from the level of economy, medium, to first class can be found there. Depends with your needs. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at a restaurant down town. Lake Toba Orang Utan
Day 01: LakeManinjau / Bukittinggi - Padang Sidempuan.
After breakfast we will leave for Padang Sidempuan, a small city, where we will stay overnight. We will travel through the Trans Sumatra Highway with lots of winding road, and mountains surroundings. 02: Padang Sidempuan - Prapat - Samosir Island.
After breakfast we will leave for Lake Toba. We will still travel through Tran Sumatra Highway with lots of winding road, and mountains surrounding. Same as the first day, our tour will be exploring lots of countryside and the beautiful natural scenery along the journey. The first stop will be at the village of Parsalakan, where we will see lots of local salak fruit. Here we can taste some local salak. We then continue our journey to the village of Tor Sibohi, where we will enjoy the beautiful landscape and the rice terraces from the top of the Simago-mago hill. Then we will continue our tour to the village of Sipoholon to visit the most beautiful hot spring in Sumatra. Here we can enjoy a swim in the swimming pool with warm water for a change. After swimming and relax, we will take lunch. After lunch we will continue our journey to Gurgur village, where we will enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toba. We then move to Balige village to visit a traditional Batak market with traditional buildings. Here we can take a look around in the market to witness the merchants sells their wares. We will then continue our tour to the town of Parapat, where we will cross to Samosir island. Along the journey we will see lots of traditional houses of batak clan and some unique graves. We will arrive in Parapat in the afternoon, we then cross to Samosir Island by ferry for about 45 minutes. After arrival in Samoir, then check in to the hotel. Dinner can be taken at the hotel, or at a restaurant outside of the hotel. It is your choice.

After breakfast, we will set off for a day tour around Samosir Island. The first stop will be visiting kingdom Siallagan in the village of Ambarita, where we will see some stone seats and decapitation. After that we will move to Simanindo village to watch traditional Batak dances. And then we will carry on to the village of Lumban Sui-sui to witness the traditional hand weavings of Batak tribes. We then continue to Pangururan village, to enjoy swimming and relaxing in the hot spring. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to explore the most isolated countryside around the island, where we will see lots of traditional batak houses which are authentic and the beautiful view of its lake surrounding. We will arrive in hotel in the afternoon. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at a cafe It is your choice.
Day 04: Still in Samosir Island free program.
Day 4th is your day. You can choose to do what you want to do. If you fancy going somewhere on the island, we will be there to give you lift. If you want any advice on the area, we will be there to give advice. If you want to be left alone, we will give you space.
Day 05: Samosir Island Berastagi (overnight)
After breakfast, we will leave for Berastagi. We will travel through the lush countryside roads and agricultural area with beautiful view of its lake surroundings. On the way, we will see lots crops such as coffee, cacao, orange, cabbage, carrots, corns, potatoes and other crops. The first stop will be at a restaurant which is located on the hill, where we can enjoy something to drink or to eat, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We then continue our journey to the village of Pematang Purba, to visit the old palace of the Simalungun kingdom. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue to Tongging village to see the magnificent waterfall and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toba. We then move to the village of Dokan to visit some hundreds of years traditional Karo houses, where we can enjoy the hospitality with the family. We will arrive in Berastagi in the afternoon, and then check in to the hotel. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at a restaurant down town. It is your choice.
Day 06: Berastagi - Bukit Lawang drop in Bukit Lawang.
After breakfast, we will leave for Bukit Lawang. We will travel through mountain and jungle areas and some small towns with its beautiful natural scenery. The first stop will be visiting a crocodile farm, where we can see some crocodiles make attraction. After that we will continue our journey to Bukit Lawang. On the way we will see lots of Oil Palm plantation and Rubber. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Bukit Lawang in the afternoon. If you want we can help find a hotel or home stay which suit your needs. As well as reliable jungle guide. After that, we will bid you farewell and good luck.

Day 01: Medan - Bukit Lawang.
Pick up at the airport, then set off for touring to Bukit Lawang. Before we leave Medan city we will enjoy a city tour around Medan city. The first stop will be visiting Maimoon Palace, and then Great mosque, the most beautiful church in Indonesia and a big crocodile farm. After that we will continue our tour to Bukit Lawang. We will travel through some small towns and countryside. On the way we will see lots of oil palm and rubber plantations. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Bukit Lawang in the afternoon, we will then find a hotel where we will stay 2 nights. Dinner will be taken at the hotel.
Day 02: Still in Bukit Lawang ( Observing Orangutans )
After breakfast, we will set off for trekking to observe Orangutans. One of the first stop will be the Orangutan rehabilitation center, where you will come up close to Orangutans. The trek will processed and on the way you will have the change to meet some wild Orangutans gibbons, monkeys and a wide range of birds. After a few hours trekking, we will spend a night in the jungle. In the evening you will be free to swim in the river and be entertained with jungle games, tricks and if you are lucky, a little nip of jungle whisky. As the evening carries on the jungle will come alive with the sound of the animals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in the jungle.
Day 03: Jungle back to hotel.
After brakfast, you have the choice of going for a two hour trek, or to stay and swim by the camp, then return home. Instead of trekking from the jungle back to hotel, it is also possible to enjoy rafting or tubing. We will arrive at hotel in the afternoon, you are free to relax and enjoy swimming in the river.
Day 04: Bukit Lawang - Berastagi. ( stay overnight)
After breakfast, we will leave for Berastagi. We will travel through some small towns and countryside. On the way we enjoy lots of beautiful countryside and natural view. Lunch will be tane en route at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Berastagi in the afternoon, we then check in to hotel.
Day 05: Berastagi - Lake Toba - Samosir Island.
After breakfast, we will leave for Lake Toba. We will travel through countryside and agricultural area, where we will enjoy lots of beautiful nature and see lots of various crops. The first stop will be visiting a village of Dokan, where we will see some old traditional Karo houses. After that we will move to the village of Tongging to see a beautiful waterfall. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our journey by driving along the agricultural area, where we will see lots of coffee farm, orange, potatoes, cabbage, carrot, corn, onion etc, then stop in the village of Pematang Purba to visit a King's Palace of the Simalungun Kingdom. After that we will continue our tour to Lake Toba we will drive along the lake, where we will enjoy lots of beautiful view of Lake Toba. We will arrive in Lake Toba in the afternoon, we then cross to Samosir Island by ferry for about 45 minutes. Arriving in Samosir we then check in to the hotel.

Day 01: Medan Airport - Bukit Lawang.
Pick up at the airport, then set off for touring to Bukit Lawang. Before we leave Medan city we will enjoy a city tour around Medan city. As the evening carries on the jungle will come alive with the sound of the animals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in the jungle.
Day 03: Jungle back to hotel.
After brakfast, you have the choice of going for a two hour trek, or to stay and swim by the camp, then return home. Instead of trekking from the jungle back to hotel, it is also possible to enjoy rafting or tubing. We will arrive at hotel in the afternoon, you are free to relax and enjoy swimming in the river.
Day 04: Bukit Lawang - Berastagi. ( stay overnight)
After breakfast, we will leave for Berastagi. We will travel through some small towns and countryside. On the way we enjoy lots of beautiful countryside and natural view. Lunch will be tane en route at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Berastagi in the afternoon, we then check in to hotel.
Day 05: Berastagi - Lake Toba - Samosir Island.
After breakfast, we will leave for Lake Toba. We will travel through countryside and agricultural area, where we will enjoy lots of beautiful nature and see lots of various crops. The first stop will be visiting a village of Dokan, where we will see some old traditional Karo houses. After that we will move to the village of Tongging to see a beautiful waterfall. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our journey by driving along the agricultural area, where we will see lots of coffee farm, orange, potatoes, cabbage, carrot, corn, onion etc, then stop in the village of Pematang Purba to visit a King's Palace of the Simalungun Kingdom. After that we will continue our tour to Lake Toba we will drive along the lake, where we will enjoy lots of beautiful view of Lake Toba. We will arrive in Lake Toba in the afternoon, we then cross to Samosir Island by ferry for about 45 minutes. Arriving in Samosir we then check in to the hotel.
Day 06: Still in Samosir Island (touring day)y)
After breakfast, we will set off for a day tour around Samosir Island. The first stop will be visiting kingdom Siallagan in the village of Ambarita, where we will see some stone seats and decapitation. After that we will move to Simanindo village to watch traditional Batak dances. And then we will carry on to the village of Lumban Sui-sui to witness the traditional hand weavings of Batak tribes. We then continue to Pangururan village, to enjoy swimming and relaxing in the hot spring. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to explore the most isolated countryside around the island, where we will see lots of traditional Batak house which are authentic and the beautiful view of its lake surrounding. We will arrive in hotel in the afternoon. Dinner can be taken at the hotel or at a cafe It is your choice.
Day 07: Still in Samosir island free program.
Day 4th is your day. You can choose to do what you want to do. If you fancy going somewhere on the island, we will be there to give you lift. If you want any advice on the area, we will be there to give advice. If you want to be left alone, we will give you space.
Day 08: Samosir island Padang Sidempuan.
After breakfast, we will leave for Padang Sidempuan. We will cross back to Parapat by ferry, then travel on Trans Sumatra - High Way through mountainous area with its beautiful mountain surroundings. On the way we will enjoy lots of beautiful natural view. The first stop will be in the town of Balige where we will visit a traditional market with its beautiful traditional buildings. We will the carry on driving and stop at Gurgur village where we will enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Toba. And then we will continue our journey to the village of Sipoholon to visit the most sizzling hot spring in Sumatra where we can enjoy swim in the warm water for a change. Lunch will be taken at the cafe near the hot spring. After having relaxation at the hot spring we will then continue our journey to Padang Sidempuan where we will stray overnight. We will arrive in Padang Sidempuan in the afternoon we then check in to the hotel.
Day 09: Padang Sidempuan - Bukittinggi.
After breakfast, we will leave for Bukittinggi. We will travel through more of the Trans Sumatra High Way. Along the journey we will see lots of beautiful landscape of the countryside. The first stop will at the village of Purba Baru, where we will visit an Islamic school to enjoy the hospitality with the student and the villagers. We then will continue our tour to the village of Kotanopan, where we will see and interact with some local people who are prospecting for gold in the river in a traditional way. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our journey to the village of Panti to visit a hot spring and relax. Then we will continue to the village of Bonjol where we will cross the equator. After that we will continue to Bukittinggi, we will travel on the most winding roads of the Trans Sumatra High Way. We will arrive in Bukittinggi in the afternoon, we then check in to the hotel.
Day 10: Still in Bulkittinggi - touring day.
After breakfast, we will set off for 1 day touring around the Minangkabau Home land areas. During the tour, besides we will enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Minangkabau countryside, we will also discover the most unique social system in the world. The Matrilineal system. We will visit a King's Palace of the Pagaruyung Kingdom and a traditional meeting house. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will move to the village of Balimbing to visit an old traditional house of the Minagkabau people. We will then continue our tour to Lake Singkarak for a swim and relax. After haveing relaxation at the lake, we will then continue to the village of Pandai Sikat to withness traditional weaving and wood carving. We will then return to Bukittinggi.
Day 11: Bukittinggi - Harau Valley (stay overnight)
After breakfast, we will leave for the Harau Valley, where we will stay two nights in the valley. Harau Valley is the most beautiful valley in West Sumatra. During the tour to Harau we will explore Minangkabau areas where we will see lots of traditional Minangkabau houses and to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the countryside. The first stop will be visiting a village, where we will see local people produce tapioca chips. After that we will visit a natural cave with its stalactites and stalagmites. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our tour to Harau Valley. Along the journey we will see beautiful high cliffs, and some waterfalls. We will arrive in Harau Valley in the afternoon, we then check in to the hotel.
Day 12: Still in Harau Valley (Hiking around the Harau Valley)
After breakfast, we will set off for one day hiking around the Harau Valley, where we will see lots of waterfalls and the beautiful natural scenery of the valley. During hiking, we will see some farmers who are planting or harvesting rice. After enjoying a full day of hiking, we then return to the hotel.

Day 13: Harau Valey - Lake Maninjau.
After breakfast, we will leave for Lake Maninjau. Lake Maninjau is located about 80 km from Harau Valley. The first stop for our tour will be visiting the village of Sungai Puar, where we will observe some blacksmith working in a traditional way. We then will continue to the village of Koto Gadang, where we will observe some handy craft workers of silver. Before we leave this village, we will a short walk through rice field to see thousand of flying dogs (bats) which are hanging on the trees. And then we continue our tour to the village of Lawang, where we will see the local people make brown sugar, using a buffalo energy. Lunch will be en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will drive up to Lawang Top. It is the highest point of Lake Maninjau, where we will enjoy magnificent view of the lake. After that we will drive down to Lake Maninjau through, winding road. On the way we will enjoy lots of beautiful views of the lake and the rice terraces. We will arrive in Lake Maninjau in the afternoon, then check in to the hotel.
Day 14: Still in Lake Maninjau (leisure time)
Day 14th is your day. You can choose to do what you want to do. If you are interested cycling or riding a motor bike, around the lake, we will provide it for you. If you are interested in canoeing on the lake we will provide it for you. If you any advice on the area, we will be there to give you advice. If you want to be left alone, we will give space.
Day 15: Maninjau - Padang Airport.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport Padang, to catch the flight to your next destination. The journey will take approximately 3 hours. We will arrive at the Airport on time. Tour ends.

Day 01: Maninjau/ Bukittinggi - Kersik Tuo.
After breakfast, we will leave for Kersik Tuo a village which is located on the slope of Mount Kerinci. We will travel through lush countryside and mountainous area with lots of beautiful natural view. On the way we will see Lake Singkarak, upper lake and lower lake. It is flexible enough to stop anywhere you wish. Lunch will be taken en route at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Kersik Tuo in the afternoon, we then check in to the guest house. We will stay in this village for 2 nights. Dinner will be provided at the guest house.
Day 02: KersikTuo - Mount Seven Lake - Kersik Tuo.
After breakfast, we will set off for trekking up to Mount Seven Lake. The altitude of this lake is 1990 m above sea level. It is the highest lake in South East Asia. We will trek through dense forest up to the lake. The trek will take approximately 3 hours. At the lake you can have a well deserved swim. We will provide a lunch box, and lunch beside the lake. We will spend a couple of hours at the lake to enjoy swimming and energize for the descent. After a short move to another place we will see the most powerful waterfall in Sumatra. After that we will return to the guest house for our last night stay. Dinner will provide in the house.
Day 03: Kersik TRuo - Padang. Drop in Padang.
After breakfast, we will leave for Padang. We will travel the other way around through mountainous area with its thick jungle of Kerinci National Park. The first stop will be at the village of Semurup to see hot spring. Then we will continue our journey by driving up and down through the most quiet roads of Sumatra. Along the journey we will enjoy lots of beautiful natural scenery, and we will also see some regional birds and monkeys. Lunch will be take en route at a local restaurant. After lunch we will continue our journey by driving along the countryside and the sea shore where we will enjoy a lovely blue ocean. We will stop on the nice beach for a swim. After breakfast, we will set off for the climb of mount Kerinci. It is the highest volcano in Indonesia. (3,805 m ) After climbing for about 4-5 hours with various stops we will reach the spot where we will stay overnight in tent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. We will have a early night's sleep, so we can catch the highest sunrise in Sumatra the next morning.
Day 03: From tent - summit - tent - Kersik Tuo.
We will wake up early in the morning at 4 am and after breakfast we will continue climbing to the summit. It will take about 2 hours. From the summit if the weather is clear, we will see the ocean of Bengkulu and Padang. As well as mountain Seven lake. After spending 1 hour at the summit we will descend back to the tent. Lunch will be taken in the camp. After satisfied enjoying relaxation from the tent, we will descend back to the home stay at Kersik Tuo. Dinner will be provided at the home stay.
